A good mantra to repeat before trying any Shiner beer. I always want them to be good. I always want to like them. And on both acccounts I hardly ever do. But I feel like this one could be different (I say this everytime too). This is the one.

    I agree, I try each new Shiner beer with an open mind, but I'm rarely impressed with them. I also have high hopes for this one, but with "Serve Ice Cold" printed on the label, I'm already thinking I'm being setup for yet another disappointment.
