Epicly Vertical



Matt graciously had a few of us knuckleheads out to his home for a Stone Vertical Epic tasting. It was a tasty good time. Thanks Matt.


We had 03.03.03 - 09.09.09.

My favorites were 03, 04, 08 and 09.

As usual, fellow advocates brought along some interesting selections to try between Epics. A couple standouts for me:

    My favorites outside the Vertical Epics:

    Deschutes XXI
    Jolly Pumpkin
    Imperial Stout Trooper
    The Perfect Storm
    Deschutes Red Chair NWPA
    That incredible irish Coffee Porter homebrew someone brought!

    I was late and missed the VE 3 and 4. I agree that 8 and 9 were good. 5-7 were maybe overshadowed by the better beers we had between.
