Apparently it is National Burger Day. So I guess that means I need to get a burger. As you know, I've been trying burgers from Texas Monthly's 50 Best Burgers in TX list. I've had five of the Austin burgers so far. Which one should I get tonight?:
12. Cover 3, Austin, Chop-House Burger (With Cheese and Bacon)
16. Max’s Wine Dive, Austin, Houston, Kobe Beef Burger
30. Roaring Fork, Austin, Half Ass Burger
Oh, and beer too, this is a beer blog after all.

I've had the Cover 3, nothing special, but I did get it to go and so it wasn't as hot.
Also, I just had the Big Ass Burger at the Roaring Fork off Braker. I liked it, but probably should have had the Half Ass.
