I've heard some good, some 'eh things about this place. I really want get down to San Marcos and try their beers. It's such a cool idea. Small batch beers, handlabled, a total craft. Super nano brewery. It's the Smart Car of breweries.

Tried their dubbel and tripel. Both are very tasty.
glad to see the word is speading! and you should be happy to know that we are now a 1-Barrel brewery, putting out 3 barrels a week. But since we age the beer for 3 months, it wont be until July when we release at that volume. come by and have a sip.

I just got a taste of a bottle of the dubel. Very. Delicious. And Tasty. The wifey, who is not a beer drinker, enjoyed it very much. That's how smooth it was. How awesome is it that they let you cork the bottle and take it home. Looking forward to trying it again.
