WTF. Self guided tour. I've done that for free at Circle. No offense to Circle, but this is a lame Groupon. I don't really check my Groupon emails anymore. I usually delete them without even viewing deal, but today "brewery" jumped out at me. I'm over Groupon.

I ignore most Groupons unless it's a decent one for a chain. Local places get sucked in with the promise of traffic until they realize it's mostly one-time traffic at their loss. Chains can afford to suck up the loss in favor of pulling in a few more routine visitors.
Lame groupon? You get merchandise at half the price they normally go for($15 for 2 pints and 2 koozies, which would normally cost $30) plus a brewery open house with free beer. Sounds like a good deal to me.
yeah, that was awesome. For $7 a person, we got to drink their beer(which was awesome), kick it at the brewery and walk away with a glass and coozie. Best damned groupon I've ever heard of.
I think this would be an excellent way for Circle to get their name out there, Groupon has a serious customer base in Austin. It can't be free as Groupon takes a cut.
