365 Days of Beer/Running
365 days of running (at least one mile a day) and beer (at least one pint a day). That is the goal. I'm three days in, going good. Will I do it, probably not, no I will. That is why I am telling you guys. Hold me accountable. I sure ain't gonna quit like these guys. More later.

Tip from a formerly very serious runner: It's actually better to have a rest day now and then. Or at the very least, if you insist on doing 365, make some of those days very easy ones.
Thanks Lee. Trust me, they will all be easy days. There is nothing hardcore about my regimen.
